These books are needed for my students to help grow and encourage their love for reading. Students only like to read when they are given book options that they enjoy. Of my 5 years of being a teacher, I have found these books to be liked the most by my students. These books are adventurous, funny, mysterious, and relatable. That is why my students can't seem to put them down. My classroom library is basically a public library. Students are able to take these books home after checking them out. I know reading is a great escape from reality for a majority of my students. I want this escape to continue into their homes. They love being able to take books home and share them with their families. This also helps expose their families to a love of reading!
