In this lesson, we look at the value of primary sources from the Gettysburg address to fossils, remnant, impression, or trace of an animal or plant of a past geologic age that has been preserved in Earth's crust. The complex of data recorded in fossils worldwide, known as the fossil record, is the primary source of information about the history of life on Earth. Students will have fun digging with these kits and using resources at home to create similar dig kits. By donating to our kinesthetic (hands on) and visual projects (Lincoln), you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus; you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement.
