This has become a special routine that my students truly treasure. My special education students get so excited for this time of day, and thanks to you, we now have wonderful new books to share.\r\n\r\nSeveral of the books are from the same author series, which has made our reading time even more fun. We love reading all of the Grumpy Monkey books together. Sometimes we read a holiday story out of season — like an Easter book in December — but we didn't mind at all. We were just excited to see what Grumpy Monkey would do next!\r\n\r\nBecause of your generosity, our students are not only enjoying stories, but also strengthening important reading skills. Reading these new books together has helped increase their reading comprehension. Some of my students struggle with answering WH-questions, and our daily reading routine is helping them grow more confident in this area.\r\n\r\nThank you for choosing our classroom for this donation. It is truly amazing to be supported by someone who does not personally know my students, yet cares so deeply about their learning.
