My students are eager to learn to read. With social distancing we can not have our traditional reading buddies. So I am becoming creative in our classroom. I know my students would love a stuffed “friend” to read to. Children are more willing to take chances while reading when they are reading to a friend. These stuffed friends will be used during quiet reading time to promote and encourage my students to become amazing readers. They will also fit in perfectly 8 to our Disney themed classroom. Thank you for donating to this fun project that will also help students improve their reading.
