In my Math RTI classes, I support students that are struggling in math by working with them in small groups and targeting specific skills. Even though math is difficult for them, they are willing to participate in class, solve problems and explain their thinking. To help facilitate this, I would like to get dry-erase boards and markers for my classroom. This will allow students to complete their problems on their individual dry erase boards and then share their solutions and explain their thinking with the other students in our group. This will help them build their math skills along with their math confidence.
