Next year will be my 2nd year teaching, and I’ll be moving from 5th grade to kindergarten! Due to the pandemic, I did not receive many supplies this year, and a majority of my classroom supplies are not appropriate for kindergarten. I want to transform my classroom and make my students excited and ready to learn every day that they enter the room. This rug will allow me to space out my students on the floor and keep them near me to promote engagement and learning. I picture them on this rug during phonics instruction, read alouds, whole group math instruction, and more! It would be the perfect addition to brighten up my future classroom.
