Help me expand my own coding knowledge that I can bring into my classroom in a creative and authentic way. P5 js is "a javascript library for creative coding, with a focus on making coding accessible and inclusive for artists, designers, educators, beginners" and more! I currently teach my students basic HTML, CSS, and Python. P5.js can take us even further with creative coding. This DonorsChoose would fund a week long professional development course that would train me in p5.js so that I can prepare to bring a better coding experience to my 7th grade students.
