The majority of our time is spent on the carpet. We use the space for whole group lessons which allows my kindergartners learn the material better. By having their teacher on the carpet, my students interact with the lesson more than pen and paper. We need this carpet because sitting close to my students and being on their level, allows for more interaction and learning that sticks. This is my first year teaching and I want to make our classroom inviting. There is so much more that our room needs! Please help my students and me!
