These materials will help students be prepared and the classroom to be organized which will help in creating a positive and engaging environment for the students. Students will be using an interactive notebook for my math class. Some students are unable to get one and they will miss out if they do not have one, I am also ordering some baskets for organization and teamwork. In my math class, students work in teams. I usually have 9+ teams because of the large class sizes in my district. Each team will have a basket with the materials that they will use in class. This strategy helps a lot in class management and organization. I ordered couple of staplers and some encouraging posters that will motivate students to learn and succeed. I also ordered colored pens that students can sue for homework check to correct their answers when they check my answer key. The large bins are going to be used to keep the notebooks organized and safe. I am also requesting tissue boxes, hand sanitizers and wipes for safety for students.
