I am teaching from home and have a very limited range to keep their minds wondering. The titles selected are rhythmic and will keep them engaged. They will listen to a story, ask and answer questions about it and create their own stories to share. Students will select their books and I will help them take a picture walk through the pages. They will take turns sharing their interpretations of the pictures; then, I will read the story aloud to them from cover to cover. In the second read, students will get to ask and answer clarifying questions about the text.
