I have chosen these books to expand my students' access to graphic novels. I hope that these graphic novels will allow students to experience the joy that comes from reading, while also seeing the beauty in the pictures that tells the story. It is my hope that these books will provide new insight into reading. Many students say they don't have time for reading during the school year, but over the last year students have rediscovered the enjoyment that comes from reading. These graphic novels will allow students to continue reading while also finding beauty in the artwork.
