The use of a document camera in my classroom will be beneficial to all, but especially to my visually impaired students. There are several students in my class who currently struggle to see, even when placed near the front of the room. By implementing the use of a document camera during math specifically, I will be ensuring that all students have an even more equal opportunity at learning. Since my school is Title I, I am very aware of the lack of equity often present within the education system. It is my goal as an educator to provide each student with a quality education no matter their circumstances.
