Our school system is dead last in the state for the amount of money given per student. It is difficult to repair and replace the equipment necessary to have quality physical education classes. Each student will benefit from this equipment and learn basic skills in a variety of areas of sport and fitness, such as eye hand coordination, cardio respiratory fitness, muscular strength and endurance and flexibility. We hope students will use these skills and knowledge for lifelong fitness. Students will learn and understand basic movements, fitness plans and strategies, as well as sports specific skills.

About my class
