I have requested a color printer and a binding/bookmaker kit to print and assembled books Spanish and English words and pictures to be able to send home to students and create journals, math notebooks, science, or social studies. The color materials will help students develop literacy skills, word fluency, and find it more appealing and engaging to them. It will be a wonderful experience to make more hands-on materials available for students to use at home. The literacy materials will help students develop more their phonemic, reading fluency, and writing skills needed in middle school. My students will be more engaged to continue to 7th grade.
