These balls will be used to practice dribbling with the left hand, right hand, and a crossover. We will practice chest passes, bounce passes, and overhead passes. We practice shooting with proper form instead of pushing the ball with two hands. These balls will be used for boys and girls in grades 6-8. Students stay after school for practices and camps. Some of our indoor balls we use are peeling from the seem. Right now we spend a lot of time having to share balls or repeatedly airing balls up.
