These wobble cushions and ball seats will help my students wiggle, move, and calm their bodies, which they need in order to help them engage in instruction! My students need ways to move that aren't distracting to their peers during instructional times. Currently, we are utilizing a trampoline, a therapy ball that needs an adult to be with it at all times, and a rocking chair to get these needs met which can be very distracting. These alternative seats will help them engage throughout their instructional day a little more independently-during circle times and hands-on center time where we work with manipulatives to gather a better understanding of math concepts, engage in reading and literacy, do art and science exploration, learn social and play skills and engage with their peers!
