As students begin to return to the classroom due to the covid-19 global pandemic, I hope to create a comfortable and safe space for them to continue growing and developing into world changers. Students have been learning from the comforts of their homes for the past 13 months, and I'd like to make the transition as smooth at possible as they return to campus. So why not make the classroom feel like home? We know social-emotional learning and trauma-informed practices are essential in supporting our students advance academically, and social-emotionally. We have seen a rise in anxiety and depression amongst our student community the past year so I am certain these bean bags will help promote the importance of taking care of their physical and mental health as they continue in their education.
