The social emotional well being of our students is taking top priority returning from distance learning. We are noticing the students are struggling to return to the daily demands of learning at school. We are working really hard to reward them for making positive choices and teaching them coping strategies for when they feel overwhelmed. Help give our students tools to help ease the transition from distance learning back to in person learning. We recognize how the many changes that have taken place over the last 2 years have impacted our students. We want to help get them back to a place of strong mental persistence as well as academics. The mental well being will impact every single standard across every subject area. Specifically reading, math and science.
