Learning happens in the classroom and outside the classroom. As an educator the skills of leadership and teamwork are just important when it comes to team sports. On a team of 100% minorities we are seeking the chance to learn the basic fundamentals of playing soccer that could eventually lead to students obtaining scholarships to further their education. Help us get our students trained and keep them healthy. We need goals, pinnies, tape, and passing gates. Everyone deserves an opportunity to engage and play! For the first time in school history last year they made it to the state tournament and I find it to be a testament to their hard work, but there is room for improvement and equipment is one piece of getting better.
