Flexible seating such as wobble stools can be used to help students focus during instruction. I teach second grade and it can be challenging for students so young to sit still and focus for long periods of time. The wobble stools allow students to move in a way that is not distracting or inappropriate while also remaining seated and focused at the lesson or task at hand. This resource will especially help my hyperactive students and students with ADHD since sitting still for a long time is more difficult for these students. The wobble stools can help those students focus and learn more in the classroom while also getting their wiggles out!
