Having flexible seating options and a peaceful, inviting atmosphere to learn in will help my students develop ownership in our school and in their learning. I want to foster a classroom culture of collaboration, creativity, innovation, and grit. Being able to choose their learning environment, and move around the room as needed will help my students develop these necessary skills. When I allow students to choose their learning space during independent and group work, they are more engaged, collaborate more openly, and show greater learning outcomes. The products that I have chosen will help my students by giving them more freedom to make decisions about their learning environment. The wobble stools specifically will allow students to work at a desk or table while still allowing movement. All of these seating options will be extremely helpful for some students with ADHD, as well as students that just need to get the wiggles out. Thank you for helping me create a positive environment for my students!
