If my project is fully funded it will improve the stress reduction skills and mental health of current Brown County students and future generations of students. It will also make needed equipment upgrades, including ones that can help students make any needed modifications. This equipment will allow each student to practice yoga at their specific ability level!! This class will be the first of its kind here at Brown County High School, and we are excited to offer a "lower key", more intentional activity class. This class also offers mobility work, and we are excited to include our athletes to prevent injuries as well.
