Inspired by The Kindness Rocks Project, my students will create a Kindness Rocks Garden in the common area of our campus, and they will be able to participate in promoting positivity one rock at a time. Research shows that reflecting with gratitude upon the good things that happen in our day is actually good for our health and wellbeing. By donating to our project, you will help cultivate connections within our campus community and support lifting others up through a random act of kindness and a positive message. One message at the right time can change someone's life. Kindness is contagious. Let's spread kindness, not germs.
