This magnetic board will allow students to have a hands on approach as they make words. Students are learning to recognize and write letters and are becoming familiar with the sounds that they make. With the board, the students will be given a tactile way to practice this skill by using magnetic letters or markers. This board also provides a place to hang anchor charts that we are using for specific lessons and books that we will be sharing in our groups. With this versatile board, it is easy to see that one board can make all the difference in cooperative group learning.
