In early education, we practice our pre-literacy skills by learning about books! We learn that words have meaning in print, we connect pictures to word context, we practice holding books and turning the pages correctly, we learn the parts of a book and why they are important, but most importantly we learn the information from inside the books! Books take us from the classroom to anywhere we want to go and share information with us that we might not learn in our everyday lives. Help us on our reading adventures!
