It is difficult to learn when you are hungry. Sometimes, students do not get the opportunity to eat breakfast, lunch, or even dinner. By supplying snacks, students will have fuel for their bodies, which ignites their minds to focus on learning. The goal is for students to only worry about their education, and not hunger, or supplies needed to be successful. The materials that are requested will create a lack of worry for students because they will be equipped with everything they need to focus on their educational needs, rather than focusing on food or supplies. It is my hope that this will boost their learning confidence and that confidence will be contagious and inspire other students as well. My students will benefit from these items by having food to refocus throughout the day. This will help my students be prepared for a full day of learning.
