I am putting together books and learning materials to help with reading and reading comprehension. Some of my scholars have reached the fourth grade and they're 2-3 grades below in reading. Reading is fundamental. Reading is everywhere. It is such a joy to hear two of my scholars' parents to me, "Mr. Glasser, he (and she) wants to read now!" Can you imagine living your life in fear that you might have to read something and you can't? What is daunting, as mentioned above, reading is everywhere! I am aiming to boost my scholars' confidence, enrichment, and the love of reading because of all the journeys it takes us all on!
