Our students are passionate and have a strong desire to succeed. They often don't receive what they need outside of school and therefore provides us a unique opportunity as a building. These fitness balls and resistance bands will allow our students the opportunity to form healthy habits here at school that will ultimately carry over to their home environment which can also have a positive impact for their families and our community. Our students typically are familiar with a few limited ideas about what lifelong fitness is and by using this equipment, our students will have their eyes opened to a whole different type of lifelong fitness that can change how they few exercise and fitness. By using this equipment and learning about the benefits, our students will have the opportunity to build self-confidence outside of the traditional "sports" setting. Using this equipment will help improve the students balance, strength, coordination, and so much more! Thank you for providing the opportunity to help engage our students in lifelong fitness skills.
