The use of these gardening items will be daily activity in our classrooms. Using science journals students will watch and log plant growth. We, as teachers will be walking them through the plant life cycle and energizing the love of gardening. By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement in the environment for future generations to come. This will impact 4 First Grade classrooms with a total of 80 students. Students will get their hands dirty and watch the wonders of plants out in our courtyard. They will also be caring for their own personal plant. This is a great way to start coming back into the classroom from our Distance Online Learning experience. Thank you everyone. Stay well!
