My students are future conservationists of the world! Please help my future ecowarriors to become even more aware of the steps we can take to help our planet and its inhabitants. This hands-on experience will show my students that you are never too young to have a voice and make a difference. We will be planting a variety of butterfly-attracting flowers to plant in our butterfly garden in our school courtyard. We will also be observing the lifecycle of the butterfly in our classroom with the butterfly cage and later release them into the garden. The children will be taking care of some of the seedings at home as part of the project. Once the project is complete, we will be doing our morning meditation near our garden to start our day in a peaceful and mindful way!
