These hands-on teaching tubs will provide the extra reinforcement students need to understand the sounds of words in the English language and develop word recognition and decoding skills, too! The tubs have miniature objects whose names contain the sounds within each separate tub. Students will practice sounds as they explore the objects, sort them into the proper tub or even match them to the words on the lids! These Teaching Tubs can be used in so many different ways! Students can play memory games and build vocabulary skills. Each self-checking tub comes with 6 high-quality, educator-approved objects, plus uppercase and lowercase plastic letters. The tubs come with letters and manipulatives, plus an extensive teacher’s guide filled with games, activities, and teaching suggestions.
