We love to create big paintings but we don't have a place to store them. These drying racks will be used by all 700 students in the building- kindergarten to 5th grade. I chose floor level designs so that kindergarten and first graders will be able to place their paintings on the drying rack themselves. Younger students learn to hold their pizzas (paintings) with two hands so their toppings will not fall off. They then slide their pizzas into the oven (drying rack) to bake. These drying racks will give my younger students a level of independence and allow them to learn the process of handling their artwork once finished. It will also allow us to paint more. Thank you for looking at my project.
