The American Heart Association's Kids Heart Challenge is one of mine and my students favorite activites of the year. We all get together and challenge ourselves to live healthier lives while also helping to bring awareness and research for all people with special hearts. Due to COVID-19, our celebration and activities this year will look a little different. I want to ensure that each of my students has their own jump rope to use at school for the event, but to also take home for continued use. Just because we have to make modifications, doesn't mean we will have any less fun!
