Having an iPad will allow the nurse to follow the students' blood sugars while at school. This will enable the students to remain in the classroom as much as possible, reducing the amount of class time missed. Our goal is to keep the students happy, safe, and healthy while they are under the care of the school nurse. A student learns best with optimal blood sugar levels; an iPad will help us to see highs and lows quickly and make adjustments as needed. Therefore, we will be helping the child to be successful in the classroom, and ultimately, in life.

About my class
