Students in my class are on the spectrum or have specific learning disabilities and in low-income families. They have few chances to see things outside our small town. With social distancing and new rules, field trips aren’t allowed. Field trips helped our students learn about occupations and programs they could possibly benefit from. They allowed our students to see there is more opportunities and activities than what they see in our rural Kentucky town. Oculus would give them that virtual opportunity!!! I would love to offer VR as incentive.
