Our campus is tight for our ever growing student population. Having yoga mats and blocks allows us to be flexible (no pun intended!) when finding space on campus. In addition to giving us more places to flow, if I have this set of mats, I will be able to offer yoga at any point in time, without having to share with the gym teacher! As I work in this post-pandemic world, this first quarter back full-time has shown me that my scholars need support with handling the challenges of day-to-day life, which is where yoga comes in. With this yoga program, I am able to offer the space and tools for scholars to deal with these challenges using tools that will last a lifetime. Ultimately, I guide my scholars through a practice to that highlights that they already have all they need within themselves. Our time shared together is spent finding that already existing perseverance and strength.

About my class
