We have been given the opportunity to pilot a new yoga program for schools, Calm Bodies, Calm Minds, that will give us trauma-informed tools for the classroom. These tools are for grounding, healing, growth, and change. We hope that with the addition of this program, we will be able to jumpstart our school day rejuvenated and ready to learn! These books will help empower students focused on personal empowerment, self-regulation, making healthy choices and mindful growth. Each book will be used by over 80 PreK through second grade students to introduce and discuss these important topics. We are proud to pilot this life-changing program and know these books will make an important impact on our students.
