These materials will allow students to create and play in a way that will maintain social distance in our classroom. It is my goal as a teacher to make the classroom as inspirational and exciting as possible. Play and discovery are a HUGE aspect of a child's life and I want to foster these as best as I can in a way that is safe! Having access to building materials like Legos, Magna-Tiles and Playdough will encourage creativity and expression among students. I also have a lot of artists in my class who are very interested in sharing how they see the world through art. To foster this, I wish to have stencils, beads, bracelet-making materials. I'm hoping these exciting and familiar materials will make the transition back to school (after a year out!) as seamless as possible. Seeing students excited and filled with joy is exactly what makes my job the best!! Thank you so much for considering donating.
