Our students strive to read independently and I look for books and other supplies that will help them take advantage of this. These books are just some of the books that they identified with when I have read them in read-aloud. Many do not have the ability to go to the library so my classroom library is the next best thing! They will be able to check out the books and read in and out of class! The markers and other supplies will help students do hands-on activities during our reading times. Thank you in advance!
