Students in middle school need to move their bodies, a lot! We have found ways in the classroom to stimulate movement while still remaining at their seat, but this is becoming more and more difficult. These air-filled discs will be a great way for our students to be able to move while at their seat and also be able to still focus on the lesson being delivered. Positive Behavior Intervention Support is a program we have implemented in our school to encourage positive behaviors and reinforcement of those behaviors. We will be able to use these discs as part of our reward system integrated in PBIS as well as for students that will need them for academic focus support!
