Help me create an amazing corner in which my students will be able to discuss, express, and feel safe. For this project, I would like to create a corner for success in which my students and I will use the requested items to build a safe area to have needed conversations. In our corner we will have read alouds that address issues that my students can relate to. My student's wellbeing in school is just as important as it is at home. I want to be able to help my students build enough confidence in themselves that they will be able to cope with some of the stresses that they encounter daily. With our Corner for Success area, my students will be allowed to have a space that they can come to without judgement. They will be able to visit the area independently; to just read. They will also be able to gather with me to have guidance using books, games, and music to help them cope. I am hoping for a successful outcome from this project, because it will help my students with at least one area of concern.
