My students have not been in the physical classroom for almost a year. I have never had the opportunity to teach them in person. I would love to have a "glow party" to celebrate their hard work during remote learning as well as the return to school. I would like to have this party during our first week back. Even though we are returning on a hybrid schedule, being together in the classroom is something we have all been looking forward to for months. This project will allow me to transform my classroom and bring the excitement we have all been feeling to life! During this day, we will be working on engaging reading and math projects that will require critical thinking and problem-solving. Students will receive glow glasses, necklaces, bracelets, and highlighters. The black lights with make everything glow, and the remaining materials will allow me to transform the rest of the classroom and let our learning shine!
