My students are amazing. I have around 400 students that vary in every way. They are fun and exciting to learn with and from. They come from a great variety of diversities in learning and ethnicity. Most of my students receive reduced and free lunch and school is the most stable thing in their worlds. Our school community works knowing this and strives to make each student's day successful, even if it is as simple as that student remembered that 'm' comes before 'n' in the alphabet! Of those 400 students 105 choose to miss a recess every week to be a part of our choir. This is an incredibly unique experience for my students and allows them to express themselves in a different way. The choir is in its fourth year and started out at 37 students.
