My students deserve the best and latest technology to assist them in their online learning experience. Unfortunately right now, I, their teacher, am struggling to make use of the entire given time provided to teach them a new language. My class, like any other, has a mixture of various types of learners. This includes but is not limited to: learning speeds, needs and accommodations, and interest levels. While I am teaching, I can often miss a comment left in the chat section which may or may not be answered by others in the class. During assessments, I am left having to trust that my students are fully focused on their work and working alone. Having all eyes on the class has transferred to attempting to have all eyes on screens. By donating to our cause, your smart investment will assist me in providing a much needed upgrade to the learning environment that affects both students and teacher. I will accomplish more in a day and be able to cover more material each class period . A shift from just a laptop to the addition of a desktop will give me a sense of relief and peace of mind with what is left to teach to those who aspire to learn a new language or become stronger in their studies.
