As my class transitions from distance learning to blended learning, I want to be proactive by helping make it as smooth as possible for my young learners. As we know, there may be a range of excitement, worry and concern for students returning to the classroom. First and foremost, I want my students to feel safe, healthy, and comfortable learning in my classroom. One way that I can help achieve this is by providing individual classroom supplies and accessible calming tools for each student. There are many visuals and SEL lessons found on Teachers Pay Teachers that help in the area of addressing and meeting student needs during blended learning. It'll be a long time before we can resume school as it once was before. In the meantime, I hope to bring stability, consistency, authenticity, and calmness to a safe learning environment.

About my class
