Teaching both on the computer and having students in-person has been a learning experience. Currently, I am using my regular teacher desk, but I am constantly sitting at the computer. Therefore, by having a standing desk in my room will enable me to help service both groups of students more effectively. I can move my desk around, so I can be more attentive to both groups of students by freeing up my movements and space confinements. Also, I can stand at my board and be eye level with my computer’s webcam. That way I can easily monitor my online students and my in person students.
