I am Ms. Tiffany Jackson and I would like to have calculators for my Math Competition teams. These students try so hard everyday to grow and be the best that they can be. I want to help them have all of the resources they need. These students have calculators to work with in their regular math class, but we do not have calculators in our AIG room to work on projects and study for competitions. Having calculators will allow us to work without borrowing calculators from other teachers and these students will also have the ability to check out the calculators for home use if needed. Although we do have access to a graphing calculator on the computer, not all competitions are virtual or would allow a computer to be present. Please help me give my students all the resources they need to be successful. Knowing that others care about their education may also push them to do their absolute best.
