Having two monitors is a game changer for the classroom as students benefit from teachers who can monitor their needs in the classroom, answer questions without redirecting from the lesson, and provide more whole child support through the chat functions. With a second monitor, my students can be as successful as possible in these difficult and troubling times. The second monitor will help in bringing my distant learners and face to face students together thus creating a more cohesive classroom. As a veteran teacher, giving instruction in this digital format has had some challenges, but I know that through this DonorsChoose.org project, I will be able to best service all of my students and this will help students make the most of the remainder of this crazy year.
