My classroom used to be the computer room before the new addition was added. Therefore, the room was designed without built in bookcases. I only have two and this will not be enough for the plethora of books that I have collected over my 30 years of teaching. I am happy to be including more diverse books in my library. I have a diverse class and this will make them feel included. I have wanted the option for flexible seating in my class and now my students that might need it will have their choice.
