My K–5 art students are creative, energetic, and eager to explore new materials. They come from diverse backgrounds and bring their own ideas, stories, and personalities into the art room each day. Our classroom is a welcoming, hands on space where students feel safe to experiment, take risks, and express themselves through drawing, painting, printmaking, and sculpture. We focus on building confidence, problem solving skills, and a love of the creative process. Every project becomes a chance for students to grow as artists and discover what they are capable of.
